MR DIY Philippines Punta Princesa Cebu is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in retail, with Filipino and English language proficiency.

Located in Punta Princesa Cebu City, the incumbent will ensure proper merchandising, customer service, and compliance with SOPs. The ideal candidate will manage staff performance, oversee stock and banking, and uphold a safe, clean store

Formación

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
• Preferably a supervisor with 5+ years in sales—retail/general.

Responsabilidades

• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Keep store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.

• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
