Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Primeway Cebu to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure top-notch customer service.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, fluent in Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail leadership. You will organize displays, manage staff, and uphold store standards and compliance. This on-site role is based in Cebu.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure store daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean; maintain presentation.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
