Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Retail Store Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will play a key role in ensuring that the store’s products are displayed effectively, helping drive sales and providing an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain product displays according to company guidelines and promotional schedules.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and labeled.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Check the quality of products and remove any damaged or expired items.
• Assist with product placement and merchandising to maximize visibility and sales.
• Help in the arrangement of in-store promotions, sales events, or seasonal displays.
• Report stock levels, product shortages, and merchandising issues to the store manager.
• Provide assistance to customers when needed, including answering questions about products.
• Follow all store policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with the team.
