Job summary

LAMONTE SALES AND MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST, INC. is seeking personnel to manage daily time records, execute merchandising standards, monitor deliveries and inventories, and ensure proper shelf displays in the selling areas across outlets in the Philippines.

Ideal candidates may have merchandiser experience or be new to the role, with responsibilities including stock handling, reporting, and maintaining product visibility in stores.

• With or without merchandiser job experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit complete Daily Time Records
• Properly execute all 5 P’s inside the selling area
• Monitor and reconcile deliveries, inventories, etc.
• Push the product to the costumer
• Inventory on warehouse
• Forward/Arranged Stocks display on Shelves
• Prepare Inventory for withdrawals. Proceed to Warehouse to withdraw Stocks/Display/Refill Stocks
• Prepare Inventory for Weekly Report/S.O. and Trade Inventories
• Prepare and submit complete Daily Time Records
• Prepare accurate outlet reports (SI, SMR, Near-Ex, etc.)
