Position Overview

A Retail Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are displayed, stocked, and promoted effectively in retail stores to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, setting up displays, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with store staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to encourage customer interest and sales.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and comply with company standards.
• Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate replenishments as needed.
• Implement merchandising plans, promotions, and seasonal displays.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product visibility and display compliance.
• Track and report sales trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with store managers, sales teams, and suppliers to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure pricing, labeling, and signage are accurate and up to date.
• Follow health, safety, and company guidelines in all merchandising activities.
