Job summary

MR DIY Philippines stores require a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Vista Mall Sta. Rosa. The role leads daily operations, develops sales, organizes displays, and ensures excellent customer service while upholding store standards.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years retail experience, and strong organizational and leadership skills, with fluency in Filipino and English. Willingness to work at Vista Mall Sta Rosa is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Strong skills in organization, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
