MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor for the Citimart Bauan Batangas area to drive sales growth and manage daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, merchandising and people management skills to lead a team in a busy retail setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in retail, with proficiency in Filipino and English. The position is on-site with responsibilities across store operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Prefers Supervisor/5+ years of experience in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
