Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Davao City is seeking a Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor for Pinchon Davao City. The role leads daily store operations, drives sales growth, sets up gondolas and displays, and ensures a tidy, compliant store environment.

You will recruit, train, coach and supervise staff, mentor the team on customer service, merchandising, and safe store practices, while reporting sales and staffing updates to HQ and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Filipino and English language proficiency.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare, update and report to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
