MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Sta. Rosa Laguna (ZSRO). The role focuses on achieving sales targets, merchandising, and smooth daily operations while leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, customer service, stock management, and compliance with legal and SOP guidelines. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of retail experience, with fluency in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and drive growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure staff and customer safety with a clean environment.
• Manage daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, hiring, assignments and incidents to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow established SOPs and company guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Branch Manager.
