Job summary

mr-diy Philippines is seeking a seasoned Store Supervisor for our Laguna-Santa Rosa area, overseeing sales growth and daily store operations. You will manage merchandising, staff coaching, and customer service to meet targets, while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in the retail sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Retail industry.
• Preferably a Supervisor with 5+ years experience in Retail/General.
• Willing to work in Santa Cruz, Marinduque.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
