Vogue Concepts Inc. is seeking a Store Construction Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end construction or renovation of retail outlets, ensuring adherence to technical specs, budgets, and timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This project-based role involves managing new store construction, renovations, and maintenance for retail locations, coordinating with mall administration, clients, and contractors, and ensuring government requirements are met in Davao City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in construction supervision or related fields.
• Strong design presentation, project management, and construction supervision skills required.
• Technical know-how on AutoCAD; familiarity with Photoshop, Corel Draw, and 3D Max is expected.

• Oversee end-to-end construction or renovation of retail outlets, including event setups and architectural projects.
• Manage project openings, turnover, and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Ensure budgets are met and retail design quality and safety standards are maintained.
