Job summary

Nucum Panel & Wood in San Fernando, Pampanga, is seeking a Store Assistant to be the customer-facing backbone of our retail team. You will assist customers, identify needs, process orders, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, teamwork, and MS Word/Excel skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; on-site position with 15 kg lift capability.

Qualifications

• Preferably College Graduate
• At least 3rd year College if undergraduate
• Experience with sales and/or customer support is a plus
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Able to deal with customer in an exceptional manner at all times
• People person and team player
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to details and well organized.
• Willing to carry 15kg load on occasion
• Non smoker

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Process customer orders and assist in booking deliveries.
• Perform inventory and restocking.
• Attend and resolve customer complaints.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Responsible for housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Perform end of day duties like closing sales report.
