Caishen is seeking a retail associate in the Philippines to assist customers, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations. The role includes helping shoppers locate items, promoting deals, and achieving daily sales targets in a busy store environment.

You will also operate the POS, handle payments and returns, and help maintain clean, organized shelves and displays. Training will cover product knowledge, customer engagement, and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome shoppers, answer product questions, and give personal recommendations.
• Sales & Upselling: Help customers find items, promote special deals, and reach daily or monthly sales targets.
• Cashier & POS Duties: Operate cash registers, handle payments, issue receipts, and process returns or exchanges.
• Store Maintenance: Restock shelves, organize displays, check inventory, and keep the sales floor clean
