• Comply with store house rules, regulations and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
• Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the merchandise display in the store cabinets/showcases.
• Maintain a clean and neat general/over-all store environment including stockroom.
• Welcome customers to the store, promote & offer products and answer queries.
• Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and help customers explore available options.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Team up with co‑workers to ensure proper customer service and sales productivity.
• Generate sales based on sales target. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Create and maintain database of customer accounts, contact numbers and addresses.
• Perform other related duties or responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school graduate or college level.
• Proven work experience as retail sales associate or similar role in department store and/or boutique operations.
• Proficient in product presentation.
• Sales Background in high‑end products/brands, a plus.
• Highly motivated, sales target driven & demonstrate a positive overall attitude.
• Exudes a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Effective communication skills in Tagalog and English or in the native dialect of the province where the store is located.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills to interact with customers.
• Capable of working well under pressure and able to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Can render an efficient and high‑quality customer experience.
• Equipped with Basic Math Skills.
• Knowledgeable with inventory monitoring & control procedures.
• Available to work flexible shifts and willing to work long hours during weekends and holidays.
• Hands‑on experience with POS transactions, a plus (For Boutique).
• Familiar with ITime record (For Department store).
