Job summary

Mumuso Philippines is hiring a store associate to support customer service, sales, and merchandising in a busy retail environment. You will greet customers, help them find products, answer questions on pricing and availability, and promote promotions to drive sales.

You will maintain a clean store, restock shelves, learn product features, and work with the team to meet store targets while assisting with POS transactions. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales ability and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Actively engage customers to drive sales and meet store targets.
• Promote current sales, promotions, and special offers to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on shelves and racks.
• Assist with restocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed.
• Participate in visual merchandising activities to create attractive product displays.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and specifications.
• Attend training sessions to learn about new products and promotions.
• Educate customers about product usage and care instructions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer feedback, product issues, and operational concerns.
• Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors to support overall store operations.
