MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Pasig on-site is seeking a Sales Staff to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will greet customers, help them choose products, and maintain strong knowledge of our lines to create memorable shopping experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, with at least 1 year in retail or sales, and a neat presentation. Training and performance incentives are provided to support growth and rewards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers entering the store, creating a positive first impression.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and trends to effectively assist and educate customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising displays.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall store objectives.
