Job Overview:
We are the leader in the personal care and salon industry . We're looking for a creative and dynamic professional to join our team as a Retail Sales and Merchandising Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective merchandising strategies for our retail products in 250 various salons, including nail salons, waxing salons, brow and lash salons, hair salons and barber shops .
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage staff performance, and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Merchandising: Plan and execute product displays, ensure optimal product placement, and maintain visual appeal to enhance customer experience. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock levels, and minimize losses due to overstocking or obsolescence. Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field At least 2 years of experience in sales or merchandising roles Strong selling skills with the ability to close deals, persuade customers, and meet sales targets Results driven , competitive and highly persistent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholdersWhat We Offer:
