Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a friendly retail Sales Associate to join our Cebu team. You will welcome customers, answer questions about products, promotions, and offers, and help them find suitable items that meet their needs.

You will also assist with shelf replenishment, stock checks, and deliveries, while ensuring the store remains clean and well-presented. You may handle POS transactions and help with opening/closing procedures as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide information about products, prices, promotions, and available offers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities.
• Operate the POS system and assist with cashiering and payment processing when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of the store.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
