Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to assist in store-level merchandising and project-based initiatives across partner brands. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with store teams.

This Independent Contractor position offers flexible hours, project-based schedules, and an hourly pay rate of $14–$15, with opportunities to contribute to planogram execution, displays, and reporting via mobile tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented with merchandising focus

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotions with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to teams.
