Job summary

Omni Channel Solutions is seeking a Retail Media Data Operations Analyst in Manila to transform fragmented reporting into standardized, analysis-ready datasets. You will bridge between media activation, partner reporting, BI, and client analytics to support scalable data pipelines.

The role covers full data preparation lifecycle, including intake, normalization, QA, documentation, and delivery, enabling teams to focus on performance analysis and storytelling for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics, category management, eCommerce, or shopper insights.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar visualization tools a plus.
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources (NielsenIQ/Circana) and POS data.
• Understanding of category management and omnichannel shopper behavior.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized inventory of campaign, retailer, media partner, and measurement reporting with schedules and processing status.
• Collect and organize reporting from partner portals, emails, APIs, and shared sources using established folder structures.
• Consolidate reporting into standardized templates and analysis-ready datasets.
• Normalize naming conventions and map partner metrics to enterprise definitions.
• Reconcile hierarchies to ensure consistent reporting across sources.
• Perform data quality checks before datasets are released for analysis.
• Validate spend, impressions, clicks, sales, ROAS, and other metrics against source totals and plans.
• Document data transformations, rules, and quality checks for reproducibility.
• Develop reusable templates, mapping tables, and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities and translate requirements for BI and data engineering.
• Collaborate with BI and data engineering to test automated ingestion and validation workflows.
