Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accreditation of salary loan accounts for companies in growing and profitable industry sectors.
- Manage accreditation and oversee Direct Sales Agencies to promote retail loan products, such as Personal Loans.
- Ensure the signing, updating, and renewal of the Memorandum of Agreement for all Salary Loan accredited companies.
- Conduct regular sales calls or client visits to potential or inactive accounts to develop new business or convert them into active accounts. Develop a strategic position for the company to remain competitive in the market.
- Ensure client companies submit all required documents, including complete loan applications from borrowers, within the prescribed period.
- Assist client companies and borrowers in transitioning to the most efficient loan onboarding and payment procedures available for UFII.
- Diagnose issues affecting delinquency rates per company in coordination with UFII's official collections reporting.
- Recommend and implement action plans to manage and reduce delinquency levels, including obtaining approvals and executing these plans.
- Suggest and implement client volume retention activities and marketing programs to grow the salary loan sales portfolio.
- Hold regular sales meetings to address issues, concerns, and sales projections.
- Ensure the growth and well-being of employees through various engagements, including mentoring.
- Comply with audit and compliance requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
