Job summary

Demo Power Phillippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to strengthen in-store execution for consumer electronics.

You will plan and deliver merchandising strategies, coordinate with sales teams and third-party suppliers, and drive improvements across display standards and inspections. The role requires hands-on retail merchandising experience, strong cross-functional communication, and a track record of coordinating complex projects from planning through evaluation.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, smart devices, or related industry.
• Hands-on experience in retail merchandising, in-store display planning, visual merchandising, or retail project operations.
• Familiarity with planning, stakeholder coordination, implementation, inspection, and result evaluation.
• Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and execution follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with retail partners, agencies, and third-party suppliers.
