Recruitify_HR is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account in Metro Manila. The role is onsite, full-time, and offers up to ₱27,000 per month. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and you will support customers on products, orders, deliveries, returns, and account inquiries.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, tracking orders, processing returns/exchanges, and maintaining high-quality service with accurate documentation of customer concerns and transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
• College undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with or without BPO/call center experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers regarding retail products, orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related concerns.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
• Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account concerns.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Maintain quality customer service in every interaction.
• Document customer concerns and transactions accurately.
