The successful candidate will have cashier experience, be target-driven, and ready to coach a retail team in a fast-paced environment. Mall-based scheduling and regional flexibility are expected as openings are available nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Cashier is responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations by managing staff, motivating the sales team, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.
