• Issue receipts, give change, and explain store policies.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds per store policy.
• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Keep checkout areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist customers with product locations and basic questions.
• Monitor for theft and follow loss-prevention procedures.
