Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet dealers and retailers and provide professional service.
• Answer telephone calls in a courteous manner.
• Deposit sales on M-W-F and update QuickBooks daily.
• Prepare Statements of Accounts and Accounts Receivable for Market Market.
• Update daily production ROAMBI reports and SOA for Mandaluyong and Market-Market.
• Consolidate SOA interplant, Mandaluyong, and Market-Market on the first day of each month.
• Provide efficient administrative support to other staff when needed.
