Job summary

Lionheart Agrotech is seeking a Marketing Associate to assist in creating and executing Retail Brand campaigns and activations. You will work closely with Marketing Ops, Digital & Design teams to ensure execution excellence and KPI tracking across campaigns.

Role requires strong analytics, excellent communication, and familiarity with digital marketing tools. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive brand exposure and insights from market research.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to develop effective marketing strategies based on market research and consumer insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Familiarity with the organization's industry, including current trends and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating Retail Brands Marketing Campaigns and Brand Activations (Strategy + Execution).
• Coordinate with Stakeholders and provide regular status and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Manage Brand Strategies and collaborate with Marketing Ops, Digital & Design Teams for execution and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks across internal stakeholders and third-party agencies/suppliers.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and suggest improvements for brand exposure.
• Assist in market research to inform and enhance marketing campaigns.

• Assists in creating Retail Brands Marketing Campaigns and Brand Activations (Strategy + Execution).
• Works Closely with all Stakeholders (Regular Status and Performance reports directly to senior leadership, leads all GTM alignment between stakeholders)
• Manages Brand Strategies and works closely with Marketing Ops, Digital & Design Teams for Execution Excellence (responsible for KPIs of all Marketing Campaigns and Third Party Agencies and Suppliers)
• Coordinate to manager day-to day Marketing tasks across internal stakeholders and Third-Party Marketing Agencies/Suppliers
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of all Marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
• Assist in Market research efforts to enhance Marketing Campaigns
