Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking a Retail Application Business Consultant for APAC to join our BGC, Taguig-based team in a hybrid, permanent role. You will be the primary contact for Incadea and our DMS strategy, supporting the regional retail system ecosystem and aligning with global standards.

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, maintain regional application architecture, drive alignment with the global stack, and design test plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5–6 years’ direct experience in managing automotive applications.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Jira Software and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Maintain regional Retail application architecture and roadmap aligned with global standards.
• Understand and keep up with global digital strategy and align ecosystem with global stack.
• Develop and deliver training for end-users on distribution system functionalities.
• Review test plans including UAT, integration, and regression testing; provide testing guidance and process optimization.

Our Solution Delivery department is seeking a Retail Application Business Consultant to join our team in BGC, Taguig.

In this position you will be primary point of contact for Incadea business analysis or region’s preferred DMS strategy and other integrated IT systems used in Retail. The role will also support the current retail system ecosystem and work closely with the global functional authority to plan and execute future projects for the application in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the distribution system application, ensuring strategic alignment with IT transformation goals and market/business objectives.
• Understand and maintain the regional Retail application architecture and roadmap in alignment with the global standard.
• Understand and keep up with global digital strategy.
• Drive the alignment of the current ecosystem of applications with the global standard application stack.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on the functionalities and best practices of the distribution system application.
• Help design and review test plans including user acceptance testing, integration testing and regression testing as applicable.
• Provide testing guidance, continuous learning support and business process optimization support to business as part of continuous improvement.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5-6 years’ direct work experience in managing Automotive applications.
• Familiarity with project management & productivity software, such as Office 365, Jira Software and Confluence, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Dealer Management or Retail systems related to retail, sales, customer relationship management, commercial finance and other retail-related processes.
• Strong understanding of application architecture principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Extensive knowledge of the application lifecycle, including design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
