Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in accounting, auditing, reconciliation, or financial operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly audits of Store Cash Paid Out (CPO) transactions and coordinate with store teams to resolve discrepancies or compliance issues.
• Perform account reconciliations, financial analysis, and preparation/posting of journal entries for miscellaneous accounts.
• Monitor and ensure assigned accounting and operational tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders regarding accounting processes and issue resolution.
• Assist and coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
• Investigate and resolve conflicts or issues professionally while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support additional accounting, reporting, and administrative duties as assigned.
