Job summary

Chevron Philippines Inc. is seeking a Retail Accounting Analyst to join our team in Makati City. You will perform daily cash reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and support month-end close processes while ensuring accuracy in the Retail System and SAP interfaces.

You will collaborate with COCO/CA stations, analyze discrepancies, and help drive process improvements in a hybrid work environment. The role offers growth in a global energy company with a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or related fields.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit work.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of digital tools and technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash reconciliation and exception handling for COCO/CA stations.
• Bank reconciliation for COCO/CA station bank accounts.
• Monthly account reconciliations and investigation of reconciling items.
• Prepare and submit related financial reports and journals.
• Validate Retail System to SAP interfaces and address upload errors.
• Support month-end closing activities and MEC reports.
