Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree major in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or related field.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit work is preferred.
• Effective communicator with ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in learning digital tools and technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital tools/systems is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Daily cash reconciliation and exception handling for COCO/CA stations; report and follow up on exceptions.
• Monthly bank reconciliation for COCO/CA station bank accounts and account reconciliations.
• Validate Retail System to SAP interfaces; assist in journal entries and postings.
• Prepare Shift Summary entries to the Retail System GL; support end-of-month close.
• Monitor group mailbox; perform other daily activities as needed to support finance operations.
