Job summary

Anytime Fitness Superstars is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to empower members through 1-on-1 coaching, personalized programming, and motivation to achieve real results.

Lead sessions, perform assessments, drive sales for memberships and upgrades, and uphold safety and cleanliness on the gym floor while staying current with trends and certifications. This full-time, on-site role offers a performance bonus, free gym access, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with ACE, NASM, ACSM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year coaching or training experience.
• Strong communication and sales orientation.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Davao (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-on-1 sessions and consultations with clients.
• Design and deliver customized fitness programs.
• Drive training sales through program recommendations and upgrades.
• Maintain client retention via communication, motivation and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with club managers to schedule assessments and convert leads.
• Represent the club at events and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
