Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized certification.
• Minimum 1 year coaching or training experience.
• Based in General Santos City or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Fitness Consultations and Movement Assessments to identify client goals and needs.
• Design and deliver customized fitness programs rooted in proper form, progression, and injury prevention.
• Lead one-on-one personal training with energy, professionalism, and purpose.
• Drive Training Sales through goal-based program recommendations, re-signs, and membership upgrades.
• Own client retention through consistent communication, motivation, and measurable progress tracking.
• Collaborate with Club Managers and Membership Teams to schedule assessments and convert leads.
• Represent the club in events, community activations, and promotional activities.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism on the gym floor.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, certifications, and best practices.
