A local restaurant in Makati is seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage dining operations, ensuring quality food and service. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food, Business, or Hospitality, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Food, Business or Hospitality management and any related course.
  • With at least 1-2 years of work experience as Restaurant Supervisor or Supervisor role.
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • With pleasing personality.
  • Height: 5’2 - 5’4.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operations of the dining area.
  • Monitors the quality of food and service to achieve Sales and Profit.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of customers and handle complaints effectively.
  • Maintain quality control for all food served.
  • Coordinate with kitchen supervisor on daily requirements and events.
  • Handle forecasting and ordering of stocks based on forecasted sales.
  • Drive Sales at restaurant level and conduct local store marketing.
  • Ensure delivery of Total Quality Service to Customers.
  • Manage manpower utilization.
  • Oversee building and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure daily cleanliness and mise-en-place standards.
  • Monitor and handle the shift in the absence of a Branch manager.

What you’ll be doing?

Restaurant Supervisor is responsible in the overall operations of the dining area. Monitors the quality of food and service to achieve Sales and Profit. Ensure the satisfaction of customers and able to handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

  • Maintain quality control for all food served.
  • Coordinate with kitchen supervisor on a daily requirement, function & other events.
  • Handle branch forecasting and ordering of stocks based on forecasted sales.
  • Drive Sales at restaurant level. Local Store Marketing.
  • Ensures delivery of Total Quality Service to Customers.
  • Manpower Utilization.
  • Building and Equipment Maintenance.
  • Maintain daily adherence to the cleanliness and mise-en-place standards.
  • Monitor and handle the shift in the absence of a Branch manager.
  • Carry out any other duties as required by management
