Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience with a formal supervisor title required.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service procedures
• Assist in staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and daily operational planning
• Lead, motivate, and support restaurant staff to maintain productivity and teamwork
• Handle guest concerns and service-related issues professionally and efficiently
• Prepare operational reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and overall dining experience standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution
• Conduct regular floor supervision and ensure employees maintain professionalism and efficiency
• Assist in inventory monitoring, stock control, and operational cost management
• Support management in training, coaching, and evaluating employees to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management
