As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
QSCH Management:
- Manage opening and mid-shift procedures, ensuring the proper execution of the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
- Lead the store team to ensure the store is fully prepared and ready for each shift.
- Oversee the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality, maintaining a positive and energetic environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior, as well as the proper functioning of all equipment.
- Engage with guests to provide a memorable dining experience, aiming to meet and exceed service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Manage closing procedures to facilitate smooth setup for the next day.
- Lead the restaurant operations during shifts to maintain high standards.
- Create a work environment that motivates and builds positive relationships among team members.
Sales Building:
- Implement local marketing programs to increase trial and encourage repeat visits.
- Build positive relationships to foster guest loyalty and develop programs that reward frequent patrons.
- Encourage guests to bring friends and family to increase patronage.
People Management:
- Hold regular team meetings to review operations, set action plans, recognize performers, and communicate relevant updates.
- As the Manager on Duty (MOD), recognize and reward employee performance.
Key Management System:
- Administer key management systems to influence sales, profit, QSCH, and team development.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience as a Shift Manager or Store Supervisor in the food and beverage industry.
- Must have experience in various restaurant operations.
