Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. S/he assists with staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

The Assistant Manager ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, resolves customer complaints, and implements operational improvements to enhance the guest experience. S/he also manages inventory, monitors costs, and contributes to meeting financial goals, all while fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

  • Able to perform well even under pressure or opposition
  • At least 6 months experience as supervisor or manager in Food industry
