Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, café, or customer service preferred but not required.

• Restock supplies and assist in monitoring inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalating issues when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve operational, sales, and customer service goals.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
