Job summary

Omnivores Manila Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across our restaurant brands in Metro Manila.

You will build brand awareness, manage social media, coordinate in-store promotions, and analyze campaign performance to drive business growth. You will collaborate with designers and operations teams, prepare monthly performance reports, and help with supplier coordination and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or consumer industry.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools is preferred.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the social media presence of assigned restaurant brands.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with each brand's identity.
• Create engaging content and coordinate with graphic designers for marketing materials.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate in-store marketing materials and ensure smooth implementation of promotions across restaurant locations.
• Work closely with Operations and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and campaign evaluations.
• Assist with marketing documentation, supplier coordination, and other administrative requirements.
