Kuhn Artisanales Inc. is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to accurately record the restaurant's daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile records.

You will support the Accounting Department with proper documentation and maintain organized files. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and strong attention to detail suitable for a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Good numerical and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy in handling financial information.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Record daily restaurant sales, cash collections, card and e-wallet transactions.
• Encode and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain records for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Process and record supplier invoices, payment documents, receipts, and other documents.
• Reconcile daily sales reports from the POS with cash and payment records.
• Assist in bank, cash, and credit card reconciliations and report discrepancies.
• Maintain petty cash records and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding payables and receivables and update schedules.
• Maintain organized accounting files, invoices, receipts, vouchers, and documents.
• Assist in recording inventory purchases and operating expenses.
