The role requires advanced ArchiCAD skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within a hybrid schedule (3x onsite, 2x work-from-home).

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in ArchiCAD used to create 2D plans and 3D modeling.
• Ability to produce detailed technical drawings from specifications and annexures.
• Understanding building codes and industry standards for drafting and design.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and Design: Create detailed technical drawings and plans using ArchiCAD.
• Develop 3D models and visual representations to support design understanding and client presentations.
• Customise block designs and layouts to suit site conditions and client requirements.
• Accuracy and Detail: Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and complete while adhering to standards.
• Identify clashes or constructability issues before construction.
• Communication: Convey technical information to management, team members, and stakeholders.
• Revision and Modification: Update drawings during design/construction and track revisions.
• Quality Control: Perform QA checks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings and project files.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design issues and discrepancies.
