SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer for a Senior Project Manager role in Metro Manila.

The position focuses on Land and Building Improvement projects, with emphasis on bidding, specification standards, and contractor performance evaluation. Qualifications

BS Civil Engineering degree required.
Licensed Civil Engineer required.
Good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards.
Willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay or any mall branches in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

Creates bid/buying specifications, guidelines and standards for Land and Building Improvement projects (LBI).
Conducts case studies and innovation studies to improve processes.
Monitors contract terms thru warranty trackers and project milestones.
Coordinates with Roof Management Committee (RMC) for Roof Replacement, Waterproofing, and related LBI works.
Ensures contractor compliance to bid documents and facilitates pre-bid meetings for CapEx/OpEx projects.
Performs QA/QC spot audits on site to ensure compliance with specifications.
