Job summary

Hubexo operates in the Philippines under the legal name BCI Central. We seek a Researcher to source, validate, and maintain construction project data, supporting data and technology platforms with reliable market insights for informed business decisions.

You will identify projects, verify information via calls and emails, and maintain records in Hubexo databases, contributing to data quality and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong internet research, data gathering, and information verification skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to conduct professional phone and email interactions with industry stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in research, market intelligence, data analysis, customer service, or BPO.
• Exposure to construction, engineering, architecture, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
• Experience conducting outbound calls for information gathering or verification purposes.
• Knowledge of CRM, research, or business intelligence tools.
• Must be willing to work full onsite at Paseo De Roxas Makati City on a night shift schedule (10 pm - 7 am)

The Candidate

The Researcher is responsible for sourcing, validating, and maintaining construction project data from multiple sources, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information used by clients across the construction industry. The role supports Hubexo's data and technology platforms by gathering project intelligence, engaging with industry stakeholders, and delivering reliable market insights that help customers make informed business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify upcoming, ongoing, and completed construction projects using online sources, public records, industry publications, and other research channels.

• Verify project information through phone calls, emails, and direct communication with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and other industry professionals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records within Hubexo's databases and platforms.

• Analyze and validate project data to ensure quality, reliability, and completeness.

• Monitor construction market trends and track project developments throughout their lifecycle.

• Respond to research inquiries and support internal stakeholders with project-related information.

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance data collection efficiency and data quality.
  

Minimum Qualifications
