Job summary

Leader Electronics (Philippine Branch) Incorporated in Rosario, Cavite is seeking an RD Engineer to manage BOM costing for new and transferred products, oversee sample making, and prepare all required documentation for new product introductions.

You will coordinate with QA/QC and PE for materials, tooling, and process improvements, train sample build operators, and drive cross‑department collaboration to ensure smooth product launches and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in BOM costing and materials evaluation.
• Experience in sample build and SOP/PFMEA preparation.
• Ability to coordinate across QA/QC and PE teams.

• Create approval sheet, PFMEA, PPEP, production control plan and other new product related documents.

• Coordinate with PE regarding the needs of jig, tooling and machine.
• Consults all issues on their immediate superior and department manager.
• Conduct new product meeting for new product introduction with all concerned departments.
• Prepares all necessary documents and pictures for SOP and SOI preparation of PE.
• Assist PE and production during pilot run for process teaching.
• Support productions for any design related issues, material cost down analysis and depletion of aged RM.
• Train/re-train sample build operators.
