We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support business research, content management, data analysis, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, managing research-related initiatives, and delivering accurate, actionable insights to stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projects

• Gather, organize, validate, and maintain large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and research summaries for stakeholders

• Support content management activities, including data tracking, documentation, and information organization

• Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

• Analyze trends, identify insights, and provide recommendations based on research findings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions and research requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in research, project management, business analysis, clinical research, or related fields

• Experience managing projects and working with large volumes of data

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly:

• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
