Job summary

You will conduct market studies, trend analysis, and feasibility research, prepare executive summaries, and support sustainability and ESG-related initiatives across local and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Development Studies, or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in research, market analysis, strategy, consulting, or corporate planning
• Experience in financial services, lending, or development finance is an advantage
• Exposure to international markets or OFW-related research is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry studies to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Perform competitor analysis, benchmarking, and market positioning reviews
• Analyze customer segments, behavior, and market demand
• Conduct geographic and location analysis for branch and market expansion
• Support feasibility and impact assessments for new markets, branches, or initiatives
• Provide sustainability and ESG-related research inputs when required
• Support product development and assessment through market and performance analysis
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management
• Maintain structured research data and documentation
