Our Reservations/Key Accounts Team has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Representative, Cruise, reporting to the Manager, Trade Support and Service.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of a Reservations Supervisor, you will handle inbound sales and service calls from Travel Partners and/or guests. Your role involves assisting customers with pricing, availability, and servicing existing reservations, ensuring compliance with protocols and quality standards. Flexibility in scheduling, including shifts, breaks, and lunches, is required as per business needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls with a friendly demeanor, providing product information, quotes, and securing bookings.
  • Manage existing bookings, including modifications, payments, and guest preferences.
  • Accurately enter reservation data into systems and maintain transaction histories.
  • Research and resolve issues, escalating non-routine matters appropriately.
  • Adhere to industry and company protocols, including quality assurance standards.
  • Participate in training and special projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills
  • High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in data entry at 35 wpm, with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Decision-making skills within established guidelines.
  • Sales aptitude to meet customer needs.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of promotions, accounting, and payments.
  • Ability to learn and use multiple internal systems and web resources.
  • Compliance with internal policies and standards.
