The Qualifications We Seek

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis

Other Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data manipulation
• Ability to build dashboards, visualize data, and create interactive reports to support business insights
• Strong attention to detail, consistently producing accurate and reliable financial reports
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Ability and willingness to conduct independent analysis to better understand business performance and identify the drivers behind financial results
• Proficiency in creating and managing reports across ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, and other reporting tools
• Knowledge of financial systems to support data extraction, integration, and analysis
• Understanding of how operational activities impact financial performance and the ability to align reporting with business objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive sales performance and gross profit reporting frameworks for NA Direct
• Perform financial statement analysis and deliver monthly performance narratives with actionable business insights
• Develop sales and financial models for annual business unit budgets using year-to-date actuals and forward-looking projections from sales and leadership teams
• Manage the monthly Latest Outlook process by establishing sales trend methodologies, integrating management inputs, reconciling forecasts to budget, and presenting variance analyses to executive leadership
• Partner with cross-functional NA Direct teams to develop data-driven insights that support sales and product growth
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance using Excel and Power BI to support business decision-making
• Conduct profitability assessments, prepare business review presentations, and complete ad hoc financial analyses for Sales and Marketing
• Administer the NA Direct sales commission process, including monthly reconciliations, commission calculations based on individual plans, and commission statement generation
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reports while collaborating effectively across teams
• Deliver high-quality work with speed and precision while meeting tight deadlines

• Prepare monthly sales, gross profit, and P&L reports
• Develop Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentation materials
• Deliver operating expense reports and commission analyses on schedule

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (35%)

• Analyze advertising ROI and business performance trends
• Support Latest Outlook (LO) forecasting and planning cycles
• Assist with annual target setting and long-term financial forecasting
