Job Summary

We are looking for a Reporting Specialist & Report Developer for our FactSet Buy-side Reporting Client Services team in Manila. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, intellectually curious, and takes pride in their work.

As a member of the team, you will drive the development and support of our FactSet Reporting client base, ensuring that our reporting product Portfolio Publisher delivers highly customizable, managed reporting solutions that integrate FactSet Analytics data with client-specific proprietary data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality reporting solutions following best practices and meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Assist clients in production to help them achieve their goals through the use of our reporting solution, Publisher
• Work with engineers to fix bugs and test enhancements
• Communicate progress and provide transparency throughout implementation to clients, the Publisher team, and the FactSet Global Client Services team responsible for the account
• Lend product expertise by participating in different occasions covering the product
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (engineering, sales, strategy) to contribute to product enhancements and features
• Be at the forefront of integrating cross‑platform FactSet solutions

Required Skills

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics
• 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Experience with C#, HTML and familiarity with principles in programming languages
• Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in globally distributed offices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn
• Fluency in English, written and spoken (a must)
