Job summary

Arcadis in Makati, Manila is seeking an experienced BI Developer to translate stakeholder requirements into accurate reports, dashboards and visualizations using SQL and Power BI. You will partner with Finance, IT and Business teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BI reporting, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with MS Fabric and related tools. This role is based on-site in Metro Manila with collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience working with SQL is essential.
• Experience with Power BI is required.
• Experience with MS Fabric reporting platform is required.
• Experience with BMC Helix reporting platform is ideal.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT service management experience would be useful, including IT service and support management, service desk systems and tools, and understanding SLAs and KPIs.
• Nice to have: pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a coordinator for Laptop and Networking Devices Purchases, Inventory and Deployment.
• Coordinate procurement, invoicing, and vendor data with Finance and Commercial stakeholders; verify data sources and reconcile discrepancies.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with GTSO Service Owners, Finance and Procurement teams.
• Coordinate monthly GTSO cost, consumption, and variance reporting; ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Report and Dashboard Creation: translate requirements into reports for stakeholders.
• Reporting Management: ensure workload progresses efficiently and is well-documented.
• Other Ad Hoc Tasks: identify areas of continual improvement in Operational Support & Performance Management reporting.
